How this register works

Every record here is a claim about a named project, platform or domain. That means we owe you — and the people we list — a public account of how records are written, graded, corrected and removed. This page is that account. It is not a disclaimer.

Version 1.0 Updated 2026-10-22 Records in scope 168 · 7 markets

01What this site is

This is a lookup register, not a news outlet and not a forum. People arrive with one question: has this project, platform or domain been recorded, and what is the evidence? There is no login, no paywall and no ranking.

QuestionAnswer
Who writes the records?Visitors submit; an editor verifies the source before anything is published. Every record shows its sources and its date.
Who can read it?Everyone, without an account. There is no login wall.
Is anything reviewed before publishing?Yes. Submissions land in a review queue and only enter the register after an editor checks the source.
Is it free?Yes — and we charge nothing to list, to remove, or to expedite. Charging for removal is criminal extortion in several of the markets we cover.
Does a listed party know?Yes. We send notice to their published contact address and provide a public rebuttal route.

02Four gates before anything is listed

A record that fails any one of these gates does not go live. This is enforced before publication, not after a complaint.

Gate 1 — The subject must be an entity, not a person

Permitted subjects: project name, platform, company, domain, contract address, wallet address, app package name, or a modus operandi. Not permitted: natural persons' names, social handles, photographs, phone numbers or addresses.

The single exception: a natural person may be named only where a final court judgment has convicted them, or a regulator has sanctioned them by name — and then only as “the facts found in the judgment”, together with the case number or sanction reference.

Gate 2 — Verifiable facts, not impressions

Each record must carry at least two of the following, and must never substitute adjectives for data.

ElementAcceptableRejected
Date10 April 2026recently, some time ago
Amount2,564 USDCa huge sum, many victims
Identifierdomain / contract address / legal entity name“some platform”
Sourcepolice notice, regulator decision, court filing, two independent outlets “heard in a group chat”

Gate 3 — Behaviour labels, never character labels

Never usedUsed instead

“ran off with the money”“site went offline on 2026-03-19; withdrawals stopped 2026-03-14”

A behaviour can be checked against a source. A character judgment cannot — and character judgments are exactly what defamation law targets.

Gate 4 — A real rebuttal channel

Every record carries a fixed notice: “If you are the listed party, request a correction, submit a response, or ask for removal.” We commit to acknowledging within 48 hours and to giving a substantive answer within 7 business days.

03Three levels of evidence

Every card is graded, and the grade is visible. A reader should be able to tell, in one glance, how much weight the record can bear.

LevelTriggerHow it is shownIndexable
OFFICIAL Final court judgment, regulator's sanction decision, or a police filing notice naming the entity Green badge + case or decision reference Yes
VERIFIED Regulator warning list, official statement, or two independent outlets reporting the same facts Blue badge + source links Yes
PENDING Single submission or single source, without independent corroboration Grey badge + “not independently verified”; collapsed by default No — marked noindex and removed after 30 days without a second source

No scores, no rankings, no percentages. We deliberately publish no risk score and no “top 10” list. A score is an opinion, and an opinion cannot be defended on the ground that it is factually true — in several of the jurisdictions where we operate, that distinction decides whether a case is dismissed or lost.

04Submit a correction or a rebuttal

If you are the listed party, or you represent it, use the form below. You do not need an account. We accept requests in English, Vietnamese, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Bahasa Indonesia and Arabic.

This page is a static document and sends nothing automatically. The button prepares an email to the address below with your answers. Promises of a 48-hour acknowledgement are kept by a human, not by this page.

Send to: rebuttal@example-domain.tld · Corrections are logged publicly on the affected record as “corrected on date”, including what changed and why.

05Correction and removal procedure

Three routes, decided by what you bring — not by who you are.

SituationWhat we doDeadline
You provide counter-evidence (dismissal, acquittal, regulator clarification, proven domain transfer) Correct the record or remove it, and mark the entry “corrected”. The correction note stays visible. 48 hours
You deny the allegation but provide no evidence Keep the record, add your denial with its date — unless it is a PENDING record, in which case we take it down. 7 business days
You ask to remove a PENDING record Remove it. No argument required. 72 hours

We never delete the fact of a correction. A corrected entry stays in the register as “corrected”, showing what was wrong and what changed. A register that quietly erases its own errors is not worth reading.

06What we never do

07Who runs this

This register is maintained by an editorial team. We do not publish staff names or photographs — that is a deliberate safety measure in the markets we cover, where the people behind negative publications have been targeted.

RoleResponsibility
Source verificationChecks each submission against the original police, regulatory or judicial record before publication.
Content reviewApplies the four gates in section 02 and assigns the evidence level.
Rebuttal handlingAnswers every correction request within the deadlines in section 05.

What we ask of you. If you find a record that is wrong, tell us and bring what you have. If you bring evidence, the record changes. That is the whole contract.
